Monday Sync & Friday Chai Down

ReadMe does a weekly every Monday morning. We go over any announcements for the week, and go in-depth on anything that’s good for everyone to know, for example upcoming product launches, or quarterly growth.

On Fridays, we get together over a cup of tea or coffee, and share the most important thing we accomplished that week. We also answer a random question and there’s always a laugh! We finish it off with shoutouts, as a way to publicly thank coworkers for awesome things they’ve done.
