ONE MEDICAL MEMBERSHIP

One Medical is a group of doctors with offices throughout the Bay Area and other metro areas around the country. Patients can easily make appointments and access their doctors online and through the app. ReadMe covers the $150 annual fee, so all you have to do is show up and stay healthy! (Note: You’ll need to pick a PPO plan in order to use One Medical.)

GYM MEMBERSHIP

Keeping active is important, so we pay for everyone’s gym membership (up to $150/mo). Once you have a gym, let us know and reimbursements will be added directly to your paycheck.

MENTAL HEALTH

ReadMe offers a stipend of $350 per month to use toward therapy for up to 6 months. Finding a therapist via insurance can be difficult, and we want you to be able to take care of your mental health as easily as possible.

If you don’t have a therapist and are interested in finding one, BetterHelp is an accessible and relatively affordable online option. Reflect is also a great option, although a bit more expensive and only available in some cities.
